Yes. While the live virtual sessions are designed to support broad geographical teams the theory works just as well in person. Many of our clients chose to incorporate both, having a n in person kickoff and midpoint check and then run virtual sessions in the middle. This enables the best of both worlds and minimizes the budget needed for travel and accommodation
