These sessions are recorded and made available in a centralized portal for ongoing access, complemented by coaching for managers to reinforce learning and embed skills in their daily processes.

The program builds the necessary skills for the manager to effectively get the most from the team. It creates a management process that when executed aligns the salesforce with management expectations.
